– – World known Cheese fondue & Raclettes: in both diversities cheese is melted. While cheese fondue is used with forks to irrigate bread cubes in the melted cheese, the raclettes,melted cheese, is served on the plate with onion, “Gschwellti” (jacket potatoes) and cucumbers.

– – Birchermüesli: First time presented around 1900 by the Swiss doctor Maximilian Oskar Bircher-Brenner. Birchermüesli’s ingredients consist of oat flakes, condensed milk, lemon juice, hazelnuts or almonds and of course, grated apples.
